Search industry veteran Bob Schoenbaum has worked extensively with Boards, Search Committees, business owners and CEOs, helping them hire leaders to take their organizations to the next level. Bob’s search experience includes working in nearly every industry with a particular focus on nonprofit, healthcare and privately-held entrepreneurial companies.

Bob spent his early years in executive search supporting the information technology buildup and internet explosion. He then co-founded KeyStone Search, which was an early proponent of focusing on core values and culture fit in the recruitment process.

Bob studied speech communications at the University of Minnesota and filmmaking at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, which led to his first career in media communications and training. Bob is active in the nonprofit and business community and is currently on the Boards of Clearly Present Foundation and Currie State Bank.
